Refund Policy

At TRIP PLANNER TOUR TRAVEL & EVENT PLANNER, we strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for all our customers. If for any reason you need to request a refund for services or bookings, please read our refund policy below:

1. General Conditions

  • All refund requests must be made within 72 hours from the date of booking or the start of the service.
  • Refunds are issued according to the terms mentioned below, depending on the timing of the request and the circumstances.
  • Refunds are processed through the original method of payment, unless otherwise agreed.

2. Cancellation by Customer

  • Cancellation at least 3 days before the start date: Full refund will be issued (minus any applicable administrative fees).
  • Cancellation between 07 to 10 days before the start date: 50% refund will be issued.
  • Cancellation within 03 days of the start date: No refund will be issued.

3. Cancellation by Trip Planner Tour Travel & Event Planner

  • If we cancel the service or booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, safety concerns), you will be entitled to a full refund.
  • If an alternative arrangement cannot be made, a full refund will be provided.

4. Non-Refundable Fees

  • Some services may have non-refundable fees such as booking fees, taxes, or activity-specific charges. These will be clearly mentioned at the time of booking and are not eligible for refunds.

5. Refund Process

  • Once your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 03 business days.
  • You will receive a confirmation of the refund and a transaction reference number.

6. Special Circumstances

  • Medical or Emergency Cancellations: Refunds for cancellations due to medical emergencies or other special circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required.
  • Changes in Itinerary: If you wish to modify your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make efforts to accommodate your requests, but additional charges or adjustments may apply.

7. How to Request a Refund

  • Provide all necessary documentation or evidence for a refund request (e.g., medical certificates, flight cancellations).

8. Dispute Resolution

  • If there is a dispute regarding the refund process, we encourage you to reach out to us directly for a resolution. If needed, we will provide details of an alternative dispute resolution process.
